I spent more than 24 years of my legal career working either as an assistant-prosecutor in Greene County or as the elected Prosecutor in Christian County. While this is especially relevant in criminal law cases, it also means that I am an experienced, savvy trial lawyer in any type of case. I have participated in over 200 jury trials, with one trial involving murder first degree with the death penalty being granted and carried out in May of 2020.  I am one of the few Prosecutors in Southwestern Missouri with that distinction.  I have also been involved in literally 1000s of bench trials of all types.  What does this mean for you?  Whether I negotiate a resolution or take the case to trial, you can be certain that I will protect your rights and best interests, with the experience to do that very thing.
